此细胞株源自BALB/c小鼠由Abelson鼠科白血病病毒诱导的肿瘤。可产生溶菌酶;sIg-,Ia-,Thy-1.2-。为检测到病毒颗粒的分泌,XC斑点形成试验阴性。该细胞可以胞饮中性红并吞噬乳胶颗粒与酵母聚糖;可以经抗体依赖分裂绵羊红细胞与肿瘤靶细胞;LPS或PPD处理2天可诱导分裂红细胞,但对肿瘤靶细胞无作用。
