The CTLA4 Ig-24 cell line is a CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) cell line transfected with a fusion construct consisting of the extracellular domain sequence of the human CTLA-4 gene and the hinge region, CH2, and CH3 domain sequences of human IgG1 γ-chain. This engineered cell line expresses the fusion protein known as CTLA4 Ig.
