Precautions for Renca Cell Culture:

(1) Renca cells are sensitive to serum quality, which significantly impacts cell morphology. It is recommended to use high-quality fetal bovine serum for cultivation.

(2) If the cells initially exhibit normal growth morphology but show changes after serum replacement, this may be due to temporary adaptation issues. Subculturing patiently several times and allowing an adjustment period may restore normal morphology.

(3) The morphology of Renca cells may also vary when cultured with different batches of medium or serum. Avoid frequent changes in batches of medium and serum. If replacement is necessary, conduct small-scale testing first.
