Established from a well-differentiated esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with moderate adventitial invasion, resected from the cervical esophagus of a 67-year-old female after cisplatin and radiotherapy. Described as carrying a p53 mutation and amplifications of MYC, HST1, and CYCLIN D1, and capable of inducing well-differentiated tumors in nude mice.
