HCC-LM3 cells are a highly spontaneous pulmonary metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma cell line established through subcutaneous inoculation after three rounds of pulmonary metastasis screening in nude mice inoculated with the human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line MHCC97-H. HCC-LM3 cells are widely used in basic and clinical research on the pathogenesis of human liver cancer and can also be employed for antitumor drug screening.
