  1. This cell line is recommended to be cultured in Leibovitz's L-15 medium. Leibovitz's L-15 medium should not be exposed to carbon dioxide, as CO₂ will cause cytotoxicity.

  2. If you do not have a CO₂-free incubator, you may use DMEM instead of Leibovitz's L-15. When using DMEM medium, a normal 5% CO₂ environment can be applied.

  3. The matching dedicated medium is configured for Leibovitz's L-15 by default. If you require the DMEM formulation, please contact the sales team to place your order and note that the medium should be changed to DMEM-H for human breast cancer cells (TCH-C453).
