CaSki / Human cervical squamous cell carcinoma cell line were established from cells derived from a metastatic lesion in the small intestinal mesentery. It has been reported to contain intact HPV-16 (approximately 600 copies per cell) and HPV-18-related sequences. The cells can produce the hCG β-subunit and tumor-associated antigens.
