A-673 is a rhabdomyosarcoma derived from a 15-year-old female. It forms colonies on soft agar and is tumorigenic in immunosuppressed serum-treated mice. It has more than four marker chromosomes, including one extra F chromosome and two abnormal B chromosomes.
