Subculture: Cells are cultured as a monolayer at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO₂. Cells should be passaged every 2-3 days. Split at 80-85% confluency, approximately 1:3-1:6.

Freezing media: ECM+30 % FBS + 10 % DMSO;or One Step Freezing Medium (HyCyte, GUCP-R201).

Quality test: Bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma negative
