Recommended culture media:

RPMI-1640 supplemented with 10 % FBS, 2mM Glutamax,1mM Sodium Pyruvate,100 U/ml Penicilin and 100 µg/ml

Subculture: Cells are cultured as a monolayer at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO₂. Cells should be passaged every 2-3 days. Split at 80-85% confluency, approximately 1:3-1:6.

Freezing media: RPMI-1640 + 30 % FBS + 10 % DMSO;or One Step Freezing Medium(HyCyte, GUCP-R201).

Quality test: Bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma negative
